1. Using HCOCoders
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, you may use our Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share access credentials or allow others to access your account.
2. Content & Access
HCOCoders provides access to:
Pre-recorded educational video courses
Downloadable study materials (e.g., PDFs, checklists, resources)
Optional resume/interview prep and technical mentorship on higher-tier plans
Email-based customer support
All materials provided are for individual educational use only. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any content from the Services unless expressly permitted.
3. Subscriptions & One-Time Payments
We offer both one-time purchase and recurring subscription options. Specific access levels and included features depend on the plan you select at checkout. Full details are listed on our pricing page.
You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of the billing period.
4. Payment & Billing
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Charges will appear on your billing statement under our merchant name. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method at the time of purchase and on a recurring basis if subscribed.
All prices are listed in USD, unless otherwise stated.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're unsatisfied with the service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase by contacting our support team at info@hcocoders.com.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Note: Refunds do not apply to corporate group training packages once onboarding has commenced.
6. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse our platform, or engage in fraudulent activity. We may also restrict access to Services if we detect unusual usage patterns or technical abuse (e.g., bots, scraping, excessive login attempts).
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the HCOCoders platform, including but not limited to course materials, videos, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are the intellectual property of Healthy Collective LLC or its partners. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. HCOCoders is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or inability to access it.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Wyoming.
